Washington, D.C. (February 22, 2021) – Today, Ayuda is thrilled to announce that we have joined the I Stand With Immigrants Initiative, powered by FWD.US, as an official nonprofit partner.
The I Stand With Immigrants Initiative leads narrative campaigns that empower immigrants and their allies to share stories and drive action that demonstrate immigration is good for our communities, economy, and country. They do this with the goal of encouraging all of us to explore our individual heritage and recognize our distinct and shared experiences.
As part of this initiative, the I Am An Immigrant campaign showcases stories celebrating immigrants, their families, and immigration in the United States. Ayuda will work alongside partner organizations to empower immigrants to share their stories, and drive action that demonstrates immigration is good for our communities, economy, and country.
Ayuda joins an exhaustive list of corporate and nonprofit partners, all seeking to create a country that works for all of us, who are committed to advocating for a more just and humane immigration system, and who are ready to support immigrants on their journey to justice.
